Social media training: FH JOANNEUM
FH JOANNEUM has successfully completed 30 hours of training unemployed scholars in the pilot phase. Participants learn how to use social media platforms to find online job search.
Institute of international management at the FH JOANNEUM Graz, coordinates the Erasmus + project called sales since October of 2014 years. A consortium of nine partners from all over Europe the establishment of eight modules covering topics have been identified as the most needed and the most interesting target groups and training materials for HR managers.
Sale items (higher education in social media training to combat unemployment) pilot training to 11th and 21st, 2016 at the FH JOANNEUM.
Participants from different regions and professional interest in the field of eight units for more than 30 hours. The training, which also included a joint session, covering the following topics:
Companies in the candidate (module 2) search
How to create your personal brand offline (module 3)
Social media tools for job seekers (module 4)
How to create your personal brand online (module 5)
Network connections – create a network of people and companies (module 6)
How to search for work in the social media platform (module 7)
Evaluation and student feedback statement updates existing training materials, for all the modules in order to better match the expectations of the participants.
Trainers have been trained during the pilot phase. They will describe the distribution of regional sales results of the project as a whole.
